If you are interviewing with a CEO then I think big picture questions would be appropriate.
1. How would you describe the company's culture?
2. Why do employees like working here?
3. What are the company's three to five year goals and what is the plan to achieve them?
4. Why do clients do business with your company vs. your competitors?
5. What are you doing to make this a better company?
