Kalam - e - Rumi

Na man behooda girde kocha ,Wa bazaar megardam
Mazaj-e-ashiqee daram paye dildar megardam
No, I am not roaming aimlessly around the streets and bazaar
I am a lover searching for his beloved !

Khudaya rahm kon bar man, Pareeshan waar megardam
God have mercy on me I am walking around troubled.

Khata karam gonahgaram, Ba hale zaar megardam
I have done wrong and sinned and am walking around wounded.

Sharabe showq menosham,Ba girde yaar megardam
I have drunk the wine of desire and am strolling around beloved.

Sukhan mastana megoyam, Walay hooshyaar megardam
Though I may seem drunk I am quite sober.

Gahe khandam, gahe giryam, gahe aftam, gahe khezam
Maseeha dar’dilam paida vaman beemar mi gardam
Laughing at times, crying at times, falling at times, rising at times,
The savior is at the doorstep of my heart, yet like a sick man I wander.

Biya jana inayat kun wa maulana e Rumi ra,
Gulame Shams Tabrezam qalandar waar mi gardam
O Beloved! Come and help your Maulana Rumi,
I am a slave of Shams Tabrizi, enraptured I wander!

Ya Allah... I'm Sorry !

Ya Allah it hurts when I have to let go the things I really love...It hurts when I have to lose something that I really want.. but believe me, Ya Allah , I will feel hurt most when I know i disobeyed you..I realize that I can never live without your mercy.. I realize that I can never smile without  being conscious that you are pleased with me.. I realize that I can never lead my life if you are unhappy with me.. I am sorry,  For I have neglected you for long time.. For I have loved others more than I should have loved you.. For I have prioritized others more than I should.. Even then -You still gave me food to eat, when I am not supposed to eat what I shouldn't eat... You still gave me eyes to see, when I am not supposed to see what I shouldn't see.. You still gave me ears to hear, when I am not supposed to hear what I shouldn't hear.. You still gave me skin to touch, when I am not supposed to touch what I shouldn't touch... You still gave the air I'm breathing now, when I have done tonnes of mistakes.. How can someone not fall for You?? You are very nice Ya Allah.. You are very kind Ya Allah.. You are great Ya Allah.. but I forget.. I'm so occupied with this world.. I'm so busy with my life.. I'm so so so busy about myself.. I can never forgive myself if this were to happen again...I'm such an arrogant slave.. I'm not thankful to you… I feel embarrassed Ya Allah… Soon one day, I will be meeting you ya  Allah! Forgive me on that day ya Allah... Have Mercy on me that day ya Allah... Shower your blessings on  me that day ya Allah that is my only wish.. Ya Allah!

God said to him, Whatever direction you face your prayer, My face is to that direction.

one who doesn't see his spiritual leader as God is not a true spiritual disciple.

Dont overreact for every situation...!

In a factory: A man standing on the floor and looking aimlessly.....
CEO of that factory came and asked his salary....
Man replied 5000 sir....
CEO took out his wallet and gave 15000 and told him "I pay people here to work and not to waste time,This is your 3 months salary. Now get out of here. Never come back"....
That guy left with it...
Then CEO asked workers "who was that guy?"....
Workers replied "Courier Boy Sir..........."

Moral: Dont overreact for every situation...:)

Interviewing with a CEO

If you are interviewing with a CEO then I think big picture questions would be appropriate.

1. How would you describe the company's culture?
2. Why do employees like working here?
3. What are the company's three to five year goals and what is the plan to achieve them?
4. Why do clients do business with your company vs. your competitors?
5. What are you doing to make this a better company?
